Notes.
Changeover day is normally saturday.  Departure please by 11.00 hrs. Arrival from 1600 hrs.
Prices include all duvets, pillows, bed linen, kitchen tea towels and towels..
Also included is the house being cleaned once a week and electricity. There are no other extras.

Bookings.  Preferably made by E Mail return of the booking form.
A Deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is payable to secure your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before commencement of your holiday.
Cancellation - the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation between 8 and 4 weeks prior to the start date - 50% of the full rental will be payable
Cancellation at 4 weeks or less to the start date the full rental will be payable.
Note. We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance with cancellation protection - it should also cover your personal effects.

Security deposit. A fully refundable security deposit of euros 300 is required to be paid with the balance of the rental 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.

If you would like to book your holiday at La Chouette, then firstly kindly contact us by E Mail or phone to ensure your chosen dates are available, secondly send us the completed booking form and relevant payment by Pay Pal or print out the form and send it to us with your cheque.
Once your payment has been cleared you will be sent, by e mail or post, a confirmation of your booking, together with full details of how to get to the house, house information and contact for our lady who looks after the house and who will meet you on arrival.
